Youth Getaway '26 Registration Form

Youth Getaway is a youth conference run by our network of churches - it's an awesome event where youth groups from across the province come together to worship, have fun, and encounter God.

Youth Getaway runs May 1-3, 2025.

The age range is students in Grades 8-12.

Early Bird Registration is $150 - it closes February 19th.
Regular Registration is $175 - it closes March 31st.
Late Registration is $200 - it closes April 24th.

Payment Options *

Early Bird Registration is $140 - it closes February 14th.

$50 of the Registration fee must be paid by Febuary 14th to secure the Early Bird Registration pricing. This initial payment is non-refundable.

Currently, we accept payments by cash or cheque at the church office, or online through our website.

When you pay, make sure to designate your payment with "Payment: Youth Getaway - Early Bird Registration" and your student's name(s).

Liability Waiver *

Participation in Youth Getaway requires signing of a liability waiver.

You can find a downloadable version of that waiver at youthgetaway.com/reg or by contacting Pastor Colin at PastorColinBoyd@gmail.com.

Scanned or digitally signed liability waivers can be emailed to PastorColinBoyd@gmail.com, or waivers can be dropped off at the church office.

Liability waivers must be handed in by April 18th at the absolute latest.

Participant Expectations *

ALL Students attending Heights Youth Activities & Events:
- Must participate in all the sessions/activities and/or stay with the group under adult supervision at all times.
- Will listen to and follow instruction(s) from Heights Youth leaders.
- Will respect event rules, volunteers, leaders, and people in general (physically, mentally, sexually, spiritually). Any deviation, abuse or harm in these areas will be taken seriously and necessary steps will be taken to ensure individuals safety and discipline.
- Will refrain from dangerous activities/inappropriate behaviour.

information, including but not limited to current contact information, medical information, and allergies.

We understand the sensitive nature of this information and every effort will be taken to ensure its
complete confidentiality.

Information collected will only be used by staff and screened volunteers of
Connaught Heights Pentecostal Assembly.

If needed, information collected will be disclosed to medical professionals, including (but not limited to)
paramedics, nurses, and doctors.

Under no circumstances will your information be shared with any third-party, unless required by law.
